The Facilities Lead position at Uline's Wisconsin Distribution Center located at 12885 104th St., Pleasant Prairie, WI, offers an exciting opportunity to manage and maintain world-class facilities that support the company’s operational excellence. The role provides a competitive hourly wage range of $32 to $38, with significant growth and earning potential, making it an attractive position for candidates seeking long-term career development.

The role requires prompt response and effective troubleshooting for emergency maintenance issues to minimize disruptions to daily operations. Additionally, the Facilities Lead will support construction project management efforts and meticulously document all maintenance activities while preparing comprehensive reports for senior management. This role combines managerial responsibilities with practical facility maintenance, demanding a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and operational insight.

The company also supports continual professional development through its Tuition Assistance Program, encouraging employees to pursue further education and skills enhancement.

Working at Uline means enjoying a workplace designed with employee welfare in mind. The facilities include best-in-class, clean, and modern work environments, a first-class fitness center with complimentary personal trainers, and over four miles of meticulously maintained walking trails.
