The Facilities Site Manager role at ESFM is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing company operations on client sites, either managing entire sites or specific parts thereof. This role demands a dynamic individual who can ensure daily operations are conducted safely, timely, within budget, and adhere to stringent quality standards. The manager is tasked with leading and motivating staff, enforcing regulatory and client compliance, and maintaining the facility’s appearance and operational readiness. Beyond operational oversight, the Facilities Site Manager is expected to handle staffing issues such as approving timesheets, overtime, and vacations, while also conducting annual employee performance appraisals. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate complex operational demands while upholding the company's commitment to high standards and environmental responsibility. With a salary range between $70,000 and $80,000, the position operates primarily Monday through Friday, with weekend work as needed, and offers an environment fostering professional growth and excellence within a leading FM organization.

Job Requirements

4-year college degree is preferred
certification in management a plus
cleanroom Class 1, 10, 100 or 1000 (ISO Class 6) janitorial experience is a must
proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
ability to work Monday through Friday and weekends if needed
effective communication and leadership skills
ability to manage budgets and resources
commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Job Qualifications

4-year college degree is preferred

CIMS or other janitorial certification is preferred
cleanroom Class 1, 10, 100 or 1000 (ISO Class 6) janitorial experience is a must

Job Duties

Ensure all staff perform duties in a safe manner and take steps to protect the environment
to manage, train, supervise and motivate staff, ensuring their development
to ensure all policies/procedures are adhered to and meet regulatory or client compliance requirements
work with quality and factory/facility operations to monitor the appearance of the premises, ensure it is kept clean and compliant, tidy, well organized, fully stocked and fully staffed
order approved supplies needed for housekeeping and/or other services provided, in line with fiscal expectations
remedy complaints or difficult situations in an efficient and professional manner
direct completion of assigned tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints
enforce work standards and review/resolve work discrepancies to ensure compliance with contract requirements
to work efficiently with professionalism at all times and maintain high standards
optimize planning, budgeting, operations, and resources to ensure maximum capability is attained
approve timesheets, overtime, vacations and perform annual employee performance appraisals
perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested
ensure that customer requirement and production standards for assigned area of responsibility are met
