Job Duties

  • Provide coordination and support for workplace services including office setup, cleaning and resetting shared spaces
  • Maintain awareness of workspace conditions and submit service requests
  • Respond to customer requests and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Assist with light-duty adjustments such as furniture reset and delivery of equipment and supplies
  • Utilize technology tools to report and track workspace needs
  • Comply with all relevant building operations and safety regulations
  • Perform general labor including loading, unloading, and moving materials
  • Prepare meeting and conference rooms as requested
  • Respond quickly to emergency situations and summon assistance
  • Participate in ad-hoc office improvement projects
