The company is deeply committed to maintaining a positive workplace environment, fostering employee growth, and ensuring operational excellence at every level.

The Wisconsin Distribution Center, located in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is a key hub within Uline's extensive distribution network. The facility spans over 1.5 million square feet, including both warehouse and office spaces. Uline places a strong emphasis on the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of this massive space. This is reflected in their philosophy that clean, bright warehouse facilities and attractive landscaping contribute significantly to overall operational excellence and employee satisfaction.

As a Facilities Assistant at the Wisconsin Distribution Center, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing this premier facility. Additionally, this role involves assembling, installing, and reconfiguring modular workstations and office setups to accommodate changing business needs.

The Facilities Assistant also supports event logistics such as the setup and teardown of company events, ensuring that both the spaces and the surrounding exterior areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming. The role includes operating various utility vehicles such as forklifts, cargo vans, and other equipment to assist with maintenance and transportation tasks around the facility.

This position offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same, providing the opportunity to develop skills across a variety of facility management areas. Uline supports its facilities team by encouraging professional development, offering comprehensive health insurance from day one, and providing a 401(k) plan with a 6% employer match. Other employee benefits include multiple bonus programs, paid holidays, generous paid time off, and a Tuition Assistance Program for professional continuing education.

Employee perks enhance the working experience at Uline’s Wisconsin Distribution Center. Staff members enjoy best-in-class, modern facilities featuring a first-class fitness center complete with complimentary personal trainers and access to over four miles of meticulously maintained walking trails.

Uline is proud to be a drug-free workplace, requiring all new hires to complete pre-employment hair follicle drug screening, reflecting the company’s commitment to safety and wellness.
