Facilities Area Night Manager

The role of this position is critical in maintaining the superior quality of cleaning services across multiple buildings on a rotating basis by conducting comprehensive quality checks. This position requires close communication with in-house employees and Independent Contractors to enforce company policies and procedures effectively. The individual in this role trains employees on proper cleaning techniques, ensuring all staff adhere to the latest standards and practices. Responsibilities include replenishing facility supplies as needed and overseeing that Night Managers comply with client complaint policies through physical verification wherever possible. Collaboration with Facility Services Managers (FSMs) ensures that Night Managers properly execute their routes, while nightly reports summarizing areas of opportunity and employee issues help keep leadership informed.

The candidate will manage a variety of tasks including the maintenance of a location key box, knowledge of building workload operations, support for new starts and large ASM Global events, and auditing company vehicles. They will also manage the in-house floor and floater team and remain up to date with online training requirements. Budget management for the Divisional Night Manager and adherence to the Star Account Policy through STAR account visits constitute essential responsibilities. Covering open Night Manager shifts and conducting weekly meetings are key components to maintain operational continuity. Additionally, the role supports recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires including Night Managers, facilitating onboarding plans, completing audits, conducting field rides, and ensuring OSHA certification compliance. Payroll and timesheet review are also critical to maintaining accurate and timely wage payments.

This is a full-time management role that demands professionalism, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to complete assigned projects and job functions efficiently. The individual must bring experience in management and demonstrate computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office applications and internet communication.
