Founded upon values inspired by divine care, Fortis prioritizes a legendary standard of service that combines security and luxury to ensure an exceptional experience for its discerning clientele. Headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, with additional offices in Reno, Nevada, Hong Kong, and India, Fortis stands at the forefront of the concierge and security industry by fostering a workplace culture that empowers employees to deliver legendary service internally and externally. The company cherishes an environment where challenges are welcomed, attention to detail mirrors that of a five-star concierge, and the utmost joy and commitment infuse every interaction, reflecting a commitment to truth, beauty, and goodness. Underpinning Fortis's operation is a strong belief that the journey of providing impeccable service has only just begun, fueling continuous innovation and growth in the private travel sector.

The Facilitation & Concierge Account Specialist (FCAS) at Fortis is a pivotal role that enables the facilitation team to excel in delivering seamless, secure, and highly personalized travel experiences to ultrahigh-net-worth principals. As a force multiplier, the FCAS is responsible for transforming complex and discerning client preferences into flawless outcomes, anticipating needs before they are even expressed, and illuminating special requests to create effortless, personalized moments. The role involves proactive guidance of membership accounts, crafting world-class recommendations that reflect impeccable taste, and orchestrating smooth handoffs across complex international travel itineraries. Additionally, the FCAS contributes to refining the facilitation playbooks and standards that keep Fortis’s concierge brand consistently elevated and one step ahead of client expectations.

Working closely with multiple departments within the company, the FCAS supports high-stakes trips and missions primarily across the United States while managing the infrastructure essential for smooth facilitation and concierge execution. This role is based on-site in Greenville, SC, with potential regional travel involved. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative, dynamic environments where adaptability is essential. They exhibit exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail and approach their work with a builder’s mindset, continuously designing workflows, templates, and systems that enhance efficiency and service quality. Communication skills are paramount, and the FCAS must express warmth and clarity both verbally and in writing, embodying a strong service-oriented attitude. With a deep understanding of discretion and judgment concerning ultra-high-net-worth principals and their sensitive information, the FCAS operates with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.

Candidates proficient with various technological tools such as Asana, Airtable, CRM platforms, and related systems will find this role a natural fit. Experience in concierge services, luxury hospitality, client success, travel operations, or facilitation is highly valued, especially when combined with exposure to security-adjacent or complex service environments. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing firm that values innovation, exemplary service, and a faith-inspired mission, making every day at Fortis a chance to contribute to legendary service standards that impact the global elite travel community.
