The Front Desk Agent role is a vital position within our hotel, serving as the face of the brand and the first point of contact for our guests. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or related hospitality field preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and handle stressful situations calmly
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
