Trust Restaurant Group is currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Expo/Food Runner to join the team at Cardellino, the group's distinguished Italian Chophouse. The role is integral to the efficient and seamless delivery of food from the kitchen to guests during the busy dinner service. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals new to the hospitality industry or those looking to deepen their career in restaurant service, immersed in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, communication, and a genuine passion for food and wine.

The Expo/Food Runner position operates during the nightly dinner hours, from Tuesday through Sunday, with shifts commencing at 4pm. The core responsibility of this role is to act as a vital communication link between the kitchen chefs and the front-of-house staff to ensure that orders are accurate, complete, and delivered promptly. Attention to detail is paramount as the Expo must continuously monitor all kitchen stations to catch any potential errors or missed items, thereby upholding the high standards of the Trust Restaurant Group.
