Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a professional pastry kitchen
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • willingness to learn and adapt
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • experience in pastry preparation in a Michelin star capacity preferred
  • knowledge of traditional and contemporary pastry techniques
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail and consistency
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • prepare all pastry products according to Valle pastry standards
  • assist higher level culinary leaders as needed
  • complete other duties as assigned by the Chef
  • take direction from leaders to create consistent pastry products
  • maintain high standards of quality and presentation
  • perform well in a high expectation restaurant environment
