Job Requirements
- full time with weekend availability required including am and pm shifts
- ability to maintain department of health sanitation standards and uphold the cleanliness of the kitchen
- ability to work and stand for 8-10 hours a day and occasionally carry up to 20 pounds
- ability to keep your workspace clean and uphold the standards of the restaurant
Job Qualifications
- at least one year of experience as a line cook in a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant environment
- understanding of basic cooking techniques
- basic knife skills
