Job Requirements

  • full time with weekend availability required including am and pm shifts
  • ability to maintain department of health sanitation standards and uphold the cleanliness of the kitchen
  • ability to work and stand for 8-10 hours a day and occasionally carry up to 20 pounds
  • ability to keep your workspace clean and uphold the standards of the restaurant

Job Qualifications

  • at least one year of experience as a line cook in a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant environment
  • understanding of basic cooking techniques
  • basic knife skills
  • good communication skills
  • attention to detail
  • willingness and ability to follow instructions
  • positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food according to menu specifications
  • maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold sanitation standards
  • manage food inventory and storage
  • assist in maintaining health department regulations
  • work collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel
  • follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
  • ensure quality and consistency of dishes served
