As part of its commitment to delivering excellent customer service, Little Hen is currently seeking a smiling, positive, skilled, and hardworking hostess to join the team. The role is essential to ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step through the door. The hostess will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing the waiting list efficiently, escorting guests to their tables, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Additionally, the hostess will handle phone inquiries, communicate effectively with servers and management, and address customer concerns professionally. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The position typically starts at 7:30 AM and ends at 4 PM, with flexibility required for mornings, weekends, and holidays. Prospective candidates who are proficient with reservation systems and preferably Resy OS, coupled with prior experience in hostess or customer service roles, will find this a rewarding opportunity.
