Job Description

The hiring establishment is a dynamic bar and rooftop restaurant venue that caters to both hotel guests and local patrons seeking a unique social and dining experience. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and exceptional customer service, this establishment prides itself on offering expertly crafted cocktails and a curated menu designed to complement the lively ambiance of the rooftop setting. The company's dedication to quality, integrity, and professional service fosters a welcoming environment where guests can unwind and enjoy a memorable outing. As a bar and hotel entity, it maintains a reputation for compliance with industry regulations and a commitment to safety and responsible alcohol service.

The role of bartender within this establishment is pivotal to sustaining its high standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. As a bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages and food orders while providing excellent customer interactions. This role demands proficiency in mixology, a thorough understanding of menu offerings and daily specials, and an unwavering focus on integrity and adherence to all applicable alcohol service laws. Bartenders will operate in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, quick responsiveness, and maintaining a clean and organized work area are essential. Additionally, bartenders are expected to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure the smooth flow of service.

The job involves responsibilities such as verifying guests’ legal drinking age, managing cash transactions, resetting tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols including fire alarm procedures. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is a core expectation, reflecting the establishment's operational hours. No supervisory duties are involved, allowing the bartender to focus entirely on guest service and bar operations.

For candidates seeking a rewarding role in hospitality that combines guest engagement with the art of bartending, this opportunity offers a supportive work environment with clear guidelines and expectations. The role not only allows you to showcase your mixology talents but also fosters professional growth through the acquisition of certifications like the Alcohol Server Permit. Working here requires the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining a courteous demeanor. Overall, this role is suited for individuals who thrive in social settings, enjoy working as part of a team, and are committed to delivering high-quality service in a responsible manner.
