Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • must be available to work weekends and occasional after-hours events
  • must be able to pass drug and alcohol screening
  • must successfully complete background investigation
  • ability to coordinate team schedules and staff
  • strong customer service orientation
  • compliance with all applicable laws and city regulations

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • experience in customer service or public-facing roles
  • knowledge of safety and security protocols
  • ability to work weekends and after-hours events
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • minimum age of 21 years due to alcohol handling regulations

Job Duties

  • supervise daily operations of the experience center during public hours
  • oversee staffing and scheduling to maintain consistent performance especially during peak times and special events
  • ensure a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused environment
  • provide direct support and coordination to the team
  • comply with safety-sensitive job requirements
  • maintain adherence to city policies and alcohol service regulations
  • assist in training and development of team members
