Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- must be available to work weekends and occasional after-hours events
- must be able to pass drug and alcohol screening
- must successfully complete background investigation
- ability to coordinate team schedules and staff
- strong customer service orientation
- compliance with all applicable laws and city regulations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- supervisory experience preferred
- experience in customer service or public-facing roles
- knowledge of safety and security protocols
- ability to work weekends and after-hours events
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- minimum age of 21 years due to alcohol handling regulations
Job Duties
- supervise daily operations of the experience center during public hours
- oversee staffing and scheduling to maintain consistent performance especially during peak times and special events
- ensure a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused environment
- provide direct support and coordination to the team
- comply with safety-sensitive job requirements
- maintain adherence to city policies and alcohol service regulations
- assist in training and development of team members
