Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or recognized equivalent of a high school diploma or foreign high school diploma
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment
- Valid food handler's card (onsite certification provided)
- Must be able to stand and move quickly for an 8-10-hour shift
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be willing to work in a smoking environment
- Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures

Job Duties
- Promotes superior guest service
- Maintains and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlîcn and the Core Values of ilani
- Set up and maintain the expedition side of the line
- Set up and maintain server station drink receptacles including filling ice
- Maintain stock of all non-alcoholic beverage and paper goods
- Bring up requisitions from the cage and warehouse and put items away to ensure organization
- Take direction from servers and bartenders to assist in table maintenance
- Communicate between the kitchen and the service staff to ensure quality and accuracy of orders
- Know restaurant seat table and seat numbers no matter the configuration of tables
- Clear, reset, and arrange tables as required
- Ensure all sanitation and food safety practices are being followed by the front-of-house including refreshing sanitizer buckets and practicing proper cleaning methods
- Possess intimate knowledge of all food offerings to ensure consistency in product
- Run food following proper service methods
- Prepare left-over food for takeout as needed
- Complete side duties as required including polishing silverware, restaurant set up, and filling of condiments
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform other duties as assigned
