The role of Exhibitor Sales and Marketing Manager at Legends Global is a dynamic and integral position within the hospitality services team at the Moscone Center. Reporting directly to the Director of Catering Event Planning and Customer Success, this manager is charged with marketing, selling, and managing food and beverage services specifically for exhibitors and affiliate clients connected to conventions hosted at Moscone Center. This is a full-time, on-site position offering an annual salary range of $75,000 to $77,000, underscoring the company’s commitment to attracting dedicated and skilled professionals.

As Exhibitor Sales and Marketing Manager, the individual will be responsible for driving catering sales through a variety of marketing channels including telemarketing, email campaigns, postcard mailings, and website advertising. The manager will oversee the functionality of the website ordering system and its related client database to promote efficient and seamless catering service ordering. They will translate client specifications into actionable operational plans, ensuring that all catering requests are fulfilled accurately and on time.

An essential part of this role is to innovate and develop creative catering options tailored to exhibitors at the Moscone Center. This includes the creation and management of a booth attendant room-service program, which enhances client engagement and convenience. The manager is also tasked with designing marketing materials such as catering packets and informational flyers, preparing customized menu proposals, and collaborating closely with Catering Sales Managers to support successful show development.

This position requires the ability to maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients to uphold exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing sales orders, contracts, payments, and event analysis. Additionally, the Exhibitor Sales and Marketing Manager will serve as a liaison between exhibitors and the company, facilitating smooth service delivery and securing client approvals on delivery receipts. Regular weekly outreach calls and solicitation efforts are a critical component to continuously boost catering sales and strengthen client relationships.
