The Executive Steward role at Circuit of The Americas is a vital leadership position responsible for overseeing all stewarding functions within the facility. This includes managing the stewarding team to ensure impeccable cleanliness and operational standards in kitchens and service areas. The stewarding team plays a crucial role in maintaining hygiene by washing dishes, china, glassware, flatware, cutlery, crockery, and kitchen vessels. Additionally, they are tasked with sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning, and detailing kitchen and service equipment. The Executive Steward must guarantee that all kitchen and back-of-house areas are kept in an inspection-ready condition that complies with local authority regulations and Convention Proof guidelines.
In this full-time salaried position, the Executive Steward will exhibit strong leadership and organizational skills to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. They will manage inventory levels, coordinate staffing, and work closely with the Executive Chef to help maintain a balanced budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
