Job Requirements

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or relevant lead kitchen role
Ability to work full-time in a high-paced fine dining setting
Familiarity with butchery and premium food products
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication capabilities
Capacity to maintain quality standards and kitchen cleanliness
Commitment to professional growth and adaptability

Job Qualifications

Experience as a Sous Chef or strong lead in a fine dining or upscale steakhouse kitchen
