Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of culinary experience
  • Executive chef or executive sous chef experience
  • Experience in high-volume, stadium, arena, hotel, or banquet environments
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and late nights

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of culinary experience
  • Executive chef or executive sous chef experience required
  • High-volume, stadium, arena, hotel, or banquet experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, event-driven environments with shifting priorities
  • Flexible schedule required-must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night events

Job Duties

  • Support daily culinary operations for events, premium dining, and clubs
  • Execute menus with consistency, quality, and efficiency at scale
  • Supervise, train, and mentor sous chefs and culinary staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Assist with food costing, inventory, and waste control
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef on menus, standards, and innovation
