Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of culinary experience
- Executive chef or executive sous chef experience
- Experience in high-volume, stadium, arena, hotel, or banquet environments
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and late nights

- Executive chef or executive sous chef experience required
