The role of Executive Sous Chef at Monsieur Dior is a key position within the culinary team, reporting directly to the Executive Chef. In addition to competitive base pay, the position includes an annual bonus based on company and individual performance or a role-based uncapped sales incentive plan. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of culinary management experience in a high-end, fine dining environment

  • Experience with menu development and inventory management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must obtain ServSafe Manager and Food Handler certifications
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
