The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for hands-on involvement in kitchen operations and event execution, ensuring consistency and precision in all culinary output. Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of culinary management experience in a high-end, fine dining environment
- Exceptional culinary skills and refined palate
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong knowledge of food and labor cost control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain ServSafe Manager and Food Handler certifications
- Flexibility to work varied schedules
- Commitment to upholding food safety and cleanliness standards
