  • Exceptional culinary skills and refined palate
  • Proven leadership and team development capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of food and labor cost control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe Manager and Food Handler certifications
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules
  • Commitment to upholding food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • Exceptional culinary skill, palate, and presentation with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse team
