Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience
  • High-volume restaurant experience
  • $5M+ annual volume preferred
  • Proven leadership and team-development skills
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls
  • Strong scratch-kitchen background
  • Ability to remain organized and effective in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on leadership style

Job Qualifications

  • Strong culinary skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working closely with the Executive Chef and restaurant leadership

Job Duties

  • Partner with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations

  • Oversee ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Maintain high standards for food safety and sanitation
  • Build a positive, accountable, and team-focused kitchen culture
  • Take responsibility for kitchen operations in the Executive Chef's absence
