Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Assist in directing all culinary operations including prep, production, presentation, and execution across all outlets
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure standards are consistently met
- Monitor food costs, labor, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and special event execution
- Serve as acting chef in the absence of the Executive Chef
