Job Duties

  • Assist in directing all culinary operations including prep, production, presentation, and execution across all outlets
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure standards are consistently met
  • Monitor food costs, labor, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
  • Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and special event execution
  • Serve as acting chef in the absence of the Executive Chef
