Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience including supervisory or leadership responsibilities
  • Proven background in fine dining restaurants hotels corporate dining or higher education food service
  • Strong knowledge of food trends production techniques sanitation standards food safety cost controls and presentation
  • Ability to lead train and manage a culinary team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ServSafe or Department of Health Certification preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday primarily daytime hours with occasional evenings for catered events

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience including supervisory or leadership responsibilities
  • Background in fine dining restaurants hotels corporate dining or higher education food service
  • Strong knowledge of food trends production techniques sanitation standards food safety cost controls and presentation
  • Demonstrated leadership coaching and team development skills
  • ServSafe or Department of Health Certification preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Excel and comfort using technology in daily operations

Job Duties

  • Support and execute daily culinary operations including menu planning food preparation cooking and service
  • Deliver exceptional guest and client experiences through high-quality food and presentation
  • Lead train and manage a culinary team to ensure consistency efficiency and engagement
  • Partner with culinary and marketing teams to roll out new culinary programs and concepts
  • Assist with cost controls including inventory management ordering and waste reduction
  • Ensure compliance with food safety sanitation and health regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall operational success
