Job Description

Mohegan Sun, a prominent hospitality establishment, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. This position involves managing the entire banquet kitchen in the absence of the Executive Banquet Chef, ensuring quality standards and compliance with Health Department regulations. The role requires interaction with team members and supervisors to uphold gracious hospitality and assist in various administrative duties alongside the Executive Chef.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • seven years' supervisory experience in high-volume hospitality Food and Beverage operation
  • strong menu planning, coaching, team-building, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • exceptional organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities
  • intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
