This specific role is for an Executive Sous Chef at Bourbon Steak Los Angeles located in Glendale, CA, operating under the Mina Group umbrella. Job Requirements
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant's operating area
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day
- Physically able to reach, bend and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Stamina to work at least 50 hours per week
- Must have at least 4 years of kitchen management experience
- Must exhibit the image and positive attitude set forth by the restaurant
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a positive work environment for all management and hourly employees
