The candidate must acquire and maintain proper food service permits and certifications, such as the ServSafe certificate within 30 days of hire, underscoring the importance of food safety in the club's operations. Physical demands include moving about the kitchen, handling various utensils and products, and lifting up to 50 pounds, alongside cognitive tasks including budget review and team leadership.
