This full-time salaried position offers competitive pay ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 annually depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits. The Executive Sous Chef at Heritage Companies is a pivotal member of the culinary team, working directly under the Executive Chef to deliver outstanding food quality and service in a timely manner. Job Requirements

  • Ability to work on your feet in humid kitchen environment for eight hours or more
  • must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 30+ pounds frequently
  • proven experience as a banquet chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
  • current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required
  • excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask
  • 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent experience/training
