The Executive Sous Chef role at Seville Golf & Country Club is a critical leadership position focused on supporting the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience at Executive Sous Chef level in a golf club, resort, hotel, or restaurant
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
  • Food and Safety certifications
  • Effective leadership, communication, and training skills
  • Knowledge of special diets (preferred)
  • Proficient with POS, Microsoft Office products, and social media
  • Experience with private events, banquets, and a la carte service
