Job Description

Kenney Business Solutions (KBS) is a reputable and established business solutions provider that specializes in delivering exceptional administrative and operational support services to high-profile governmental and corporate clients. Their commitment to excellence, professionalism, and adherence to the highest security standards makes them a preferred partner for critical mission assignments. This role is internally aligned with the Executive Office of the President (EOP) Compound located at 17th & Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, D.C., serving the prestigious White House Situation Support Staff (WHSSS). The environment is secure, executive-level, and demandingly fast-paced, tailored for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings requiring top-tier professionalism and discretion.

The Executive Receptionist position at Kenney Business Solutions is a full-time opportunity requiring dedicated personnel available Monday through Friday from 0600 to 1800 hours, with an expectation to provide 24-hour on-call availability during national emergencies, presidential transitions, or other unforeseen critical events. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.

Serving as the frontline representative for the White House Situation Support Staff, the Executive Receptionist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational flow within the White House Secure Conference Facilities. This challenging role encompasses a diverse array of administrative functions including reception duties, guest and VIP services, calendar and conference room management, and ensuring strict compliance with physical security and classified document handling protocols. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership, including senior White House personnel such as the President, Vice President, and National Security Advisor, thus demanding the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and decorum.

The role demands meticulous attention to detail in managing classified meetings, coordinating with executive assistants, supporting conference setups, and monitoring the secure conference facility's access controls. This is a truly mission-essential position where rapid responsiveness, discretion, and rigorous protocol adherence are paramount. Success in the role requires a blend of superior customer service skills, advanced proficiency in administrative technologies like Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional interpersonal communication, and the ability to handle complex scheduling and logistical challenges under pressure.

This position also requires a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with eligibility at the time of proposal submission and SCI access immediately upon hire. A favorably adjudicated Tier 5 investigation is mandatory. The incumbent must comply with all local, government, and National Security Council onboarding requirements and participate actively in security briefings and protocols.

While the role is physically onsite 100 percent of the time, applicants must be prepared for emergency deployments and extended work hours during critical national events. This career opportunity is ideal for resilient, security-cleared professionals with prior experience in executive-level administrative support, particularly within governmental or military environments. Kenney Business Solutions is committed to equal opportunity employment and seeks dedicated candidates ready to support the nation's highest executive operations with integrity and excellence.
