Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience supporting C-level executives or principals
- proven ability to manage personal and professional priorities simultaneously
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- expertise in household and family logistics management
- proficiency with Google Workspace including Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- familiarity with Slack and project management tools such as Asana, Notion, or equivalent
- experience with scheduling tools like Calendly or Vimcal
- knowledge of travel planning platforms including TripActions and Google Travel
- ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- flexibility to work beyond standard hours as needed

- Minimum 5-10 years supporting C-level executives or high-net-worth individuals
- experience in blended personal and professional support roles
- background in startup or family office environment preferred
- strong technical proficiency with Google Workspace and communication platforms

Job Duties
- Manage household staff including hiring and oversight
- coordinate home maintenance and service appointments
- maintain the principal's residence guest-ready
- manage children's schedules and family logistics
- plan date nights and personal celebrations
- support dietary and health scheduling
- handle personal appointments and medical scheduling
- manage gifts and personal errands
- oversee end-to-end personal and professional travel planning
- optimize travel for business opportunities
- manage personal assets including vehicles and insurance
- maintain organized filing systems and process mail
- support tax season readiness
- coordinate financial reconciliation and work with CPAs
- manage client and investor communications
- maintain relationships with portfolio company executives
- set up and maintain communication systems
