We are seeking an Executive Pastry Chef, a visionary and hands-on leader dedicated to delivering excellence in every aspect of pastry production. The Executive Pastry Chef will spearhead the pastry department, crafting visually stunning and creatively inspired desserts that enhance guests' memorable experiences. The Executive Pastry Chef must hold a minimum of five years of restaurant management experience and at least two years serving as an Executive Chef within a fine dining establishment. A culinary degree or equivalent education is preferred but not mandatory, provided the individual demonstrates expertise in pastry production, recipe development, and sophisticated product presentation. Strong leadership skills are essential for coaching, training, and fostering team growth. Experience with food safety standards and ServSafe certification is required to maintain compliance with health and alcohol safety regulations.

This role demands a flexible schedule, requiring availability to work more than 45 hours per week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Beyond operational duties, the Executive Pastry Chef is expected to contribute strategically by managing vendor relationships, overseeing purchasing decisions, and maintaining stringent culinary standards across the pastry team.
