Job Description
The Salty is an artisan donut shop known for its chef-made, craft donuts that rotate based on seasonality. They prioritize using high-quality, natural ingredients and maintain a donut menu free from artificial additives. Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Pastry Chef, Exec Chef, Kitchen Manager, Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, or equivalent
- previous management experience in a kitchen setting leading teams of 7 or more
- clear communication skills verbally and in writing
- ability to independently manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in following and managing SOPs for maintaining product quality
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- leadership abilities to coach and mentor team members effectively
- computer and mobile device proficiency
- capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds
- willingness to work weekends and holidays
- fluent in English
