This full-time position plays a critical role in showcasing creative baking and decorating talents by leading the pastry culinary team in preparing high-quality, consistent pastries and baked goods across all hotel dining areas. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- minimum 4 years experience in culinary or related professional area
- or 2-year degree in culinary arts, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 2 years experience
- thorough understanding of food safety regulations
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
