Job Requirements

  • Full-time availability
  • Weekend availability required
  • Demonstrated expertise in artisan pastry and bread production
  • Prior leadership experience in a bakery or culinary environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to train and mentor staff
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in artisan bakery or high-volume pastry production
  • Strong bread, sourdough, pastry, laminated dough, and artisan bakery production experience preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Creative and organized with ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Passion for quality ingredients and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee croissant and laminated dough production
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all pastry items
  • Lead daily pastry execution across multiple locations
  • Develop seasonal pastries and desserts
  • Create elevated offerings for Rise & Vine
  • Collaborate with sourdough and bread production teams
  • Train, mentor, and develop pastry production staff
