Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years kitchen management experience
  • Minimum 5 years cooking experience
  • Culinary or hospitality degree/certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of sanitation and food preparation standards
  • Effective communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  • Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items
  • Availability to work extended hours when required

Job Qualifications

  • 4 plus years kitchen management experience
  • 5 plus years cooking experience
  • College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • Good working knowledge of sanitation standards and proper food preparation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Proven leadership and team training skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 100 pounds
  • Willingness to work extended hours in humid or extreme conditions

Job Duties

  • Oversee culinary operations and kitchen staff
  • Develop and innovate menus to enhance guest dining experiences
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage food quality and presentation consistently
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse culinary team
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs and budgets
