The Executive Housekeeper role at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations to ensure the entire resort remains impeccably clean, sanitized, and guest-ready at all times. This role includes managing a dedicated team of housekeepers through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation to maintain the highest cleanliness and safety standards. The Executive Housekeeper will also monitor inventory, control expenses and payroll, maintain compliance with safety protocols such as Material Safety Data Sheets, and conduct inspections to uphold quality standards. The position involves physical activity and the ability to operate company vehicles within the property.

This full-time role offers an anticipated salary range of $70,304 to $88,400 per year, coupled with an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-specific, uncapped sales incentive. Relocation assistance and temporary housing are available to support candidates joining from outside the local area. Job Duties

  • Lead and manage a team of housekeepers including hiring training scheduling and performance management and evaluation
  • Maintain an inventory of supplies order and distribute supplies and equipment
  • Ensure that all reports orders and projects are completed
  • Monitor and control expenses and payroll while ensuring proper resources are in place
  • Conduct housekeeping inspections and take corrective action as needed
  • Ability to drive company vehicles throughout the property
