The company manages a diverse portfolio including sports venues, casinos, restaurants, hotels, and national parks, offering unique growth opportunities for its employees. With a focus on delivering great times in great places, Delaware North emphasizes career development, inclusivity, and a supportive culture.
One of Delaware North’s premier properties is the Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite, a prestigious 4-diamond resort located just outside the south entrance of Yosemite National Park in Fish Camp, California. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, including towering granite peaks and majestic forests, Tenaya Lodge provides guests with a variety of outdoor adventures combined with exquisite hospitality. The resort also features Waybound, a collection of modern cabins and cottages designed for guests seeking a more private and retreat-style experience while still enjoying the full resort amenities. The atmosphere at Tenaya Lodge is one where the outdoors and hospitality merge seamlessly, creating a truly unique guest experience.
The Executive Housekeeper role at Tenaya Lodge offers a dynamic and rewarding career path within this exceptional resort setting. This full-time leadership position involves overseeing the housekeeping operations to ensure all guest areas and accommodations are impeccably clean, sanitized, and guest-ready at all times. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for maintaining the high standards expected at a 4-diamond resort, including managing staff recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and motivating team members to deliver outstanding service.
Compensation for this role ranges from $70,304 to $88,400 annually, with an additional annual bonus tied to individual, company, and location performance. Delaware North supports its employees’ career growth by providing relocation assistance, temporary housing, and a comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes health, financial security, and work-life balance. The role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving operational excellence through teamwork and attention to detail.
This position also demands physical stamina and adaptability, as it involves frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and conducting detailed inspections to maintain cleanliness standards. Executive Housekeepers must also be able to drive company vehicles around the property. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with at least five years of team management experience and a passion for delivering superior guest experiences in a beautiful, outdoor-oriented resort environment. Delaware North values diversity and inclusivity, ensuring a welcoming workplace for all employees regardless of background.
