The role also involves conducting regular housekeeping inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed to uphold the resort's impeccable standards.

This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in team leadership within a housekeeping or hospitality context and a thorough understanding of cleaning tools, equipment, and safety protocols, including Material Safety Data Sheets for cleaning solvents. A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate company vehicles throughout the property are required. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and capable of performing the physical duties of the job, which include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Delaware North offers competitive compensation ranging from $70,304 to $88,400 per year, complemented by an annual bonus plan tied to individual, company, and location performance, and an uncapped sales incentive plan for role-based positions. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company matching, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, tuition reimbursement, and generous discounts at Delaware North’s extensive portfolio of resorts and hotels. Relocation assistance and temporary housing are available for qualified candidates.

Joining Delaware North at Tenaya Lodge means becoming part of a global family-owned company with a strong legacy, dedicated to providing great times in great places.
