The Executive Housekeeper role at Tenaya Lodge is a leadership position responsible for managing the housekeeping team to ensure that the entire resort is impeccably clean, sanitized, and ready to welcome guests. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- no degree required
- must possess a valid driver's license
- at least five years of experience managing a team
- working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, washers, tools, fixtures, and cleaning solvents
- knowledge of how to use Material Safety Data Sheets for cleaning solvents

Job Duties
- Lead and manage a team of housekeepers including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management and evaluation
- maintain an inventory of supplies
- order and distribute supplies and equipment
- ensure that all reports, orders, and projects are completed
- monitor and control expenses and payroll while ensuring proper resources are in place
- conduct housekeeping inspections and take corrective action as needed
- drive company vehicles throughout the property
