Job Requirements

  • Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
  • three plus years of leadership experience in healthcare or senior living industry
  • meet state minimum education and experience requirements for Assisted Living Communities
  • bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • background in financial management
  • proficiency in necessary software
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed
  • safe driving record and valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, hotel/restaurant management, or related field
  • more than three years of leadership experience in healthcare or senior living industry
  • proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • background in financial management including budgeting and financial analysis
  • proficiency in cloud-based systems, document management, internet browsing, email, Outlook, and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee planning, direction, coordination, and evaluation of resident care, sales, dining, activities, housekeeping, and maintenance departments
  • hire, train, supervise, and evaluate new team members
  • ensure staffing levels meet state regulations while managing budgets
  • lead in accordance with company mission, vision, values, standards, policies, and applicable laws
  • demonstrate judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • collaborate effectively with team members, residents, ownership, community groups, and government agencies
  • be available to assist community during emergencies
  • manage community financial operations in alignment with company forecasts
