Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Demonstrated ability to manage large kitchen operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining food quality and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive chef or in a leadership culinary role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and production processes
- Ability to develop innovative menu items
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
