The Executive Chef position at Flik Hospitality Group is a crucial leadership role that involves overseeing all culinary functions for a specific dining account. The Executive Chef is responsible for managing and leading a team of associates, ensuring the highest standards of safety and sanitation, and controlling costs effectively to maintain the account's profitability. This role requires a hands-on leader who is deeply involved in menu planning, purchasing, inventory management, and the implementation of new culinary programs in collaboration with the marketing and culinary teams. Flik offers this position as a full-time role with a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $110,000 annually, along with a 10% annual bonus. Job Requirements
