- Experience in from scratch cooking in high-volume kitchens
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to participate in training programs

Job Duties
- Oversee the entire operations of the kitchen
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure proper performance of duties
- Ensure the kitchen meets health and safety regulations
- Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and delegate responsibilities within the kitchen staff
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and culinary standards
- Provide strong leadership and promote staff development and team building
- Participate in and complete the 10-week hands-on rotational training program
