  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume scratch kitchen
  • deep knowledge of Italian cuisine and traditional cooking techniques
  • proven ability to lead and manage large culinary teams
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • hands-on expediting experience during peak service
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred
