Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent culinary education preferred
  • three to five years of relevant culinary management experience
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
  • experience with cost control practices
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to work in fast-paced healthcare culinary environment

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • high volume production and catering experience
  • previous experience managing cost controls
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to innovate and develop new culinary programs

Job Duties

  • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
  • plans and creates all menus
  • purchases and manages inventory
  • rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • leads and mentors culinary associates
  • ensures safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • collaborates with healthcare clients and internal teams
