Job Requirements
- Degree from a reputable Culinary School or College
- at least 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef
- knowledge of food safety procedures
- ability to carry lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand walk bend twist climb stairs and work on slippery floors
- ability to accommodate varying schedules including nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Degree from a reputable Culinary School or College
- at least 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef

Job Duties
- Interview hire and train kitchen personnel
- research market trends to develop creative menu selections and concepts
- establish the day's priorities and assign production and preparation tasks to staff to execute
- requisition the day's supplies and ensure that they are received and stored correctly
- ensure that staff report to work as scheduled
- document any late or absent employees
