Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, restaurant management, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of culinary management experience in high-volume operations
  • Proven leadership skills including staff hiring, training, and performance evaluation
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cost control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations and build effective teams

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, restaurant management, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of culinary management experience in high-volume operations
  • Proven leadership capabilities including staff hiring, training, performance evaluation, and team building
  • Strong knowledge of food trends, quality standards, sanitation, food cost control, and artistic presentations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt, build strategy, and oversee kitchen operations effectively

Job Duties

  • Lead all culinary operations for the restaurant
  • Develop and manage an effective kitchen budget aligned with operational objectives
  • Create and implement menus, recipes, and culinary presentations that reflect the restaurant's concept
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety regulations
  • Organize and direct kitchen staffing, training, and scheduling to achieve operational goals
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cost-efficiency
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and initiate improvement strategies
  • Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and overall functionality in the kitchen
