Job Requirements

  • culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience
  • prior leadership experience in a kitchen
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to lead and inspire a team
  • strong commitment to sustainability and local sourcing
  • availability to work a Monday to Friday schedule with holidays off

  • proven experience as an executive chef or similar leadership role
  • strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management
