Job Requirements
- culinary degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience
- prior leadership experience in a kitchen
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to lead and inspire a team
- strong commitment to sustainability and local sourcing
- availability to work a Monday to Friday schedule with holidays off
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as an executive chef or similar leadership role
- strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management
- excellent leadership and team-building skills
- passion for creating all-scratch, sustainable menus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- outstanding communication and organizational skills
- experience working in a corporate or on-site dining environment preferred
