Job Requirements

  • Education and experience in culinary arts or related field
  • proven leadership experience in culinary operations
  • ability to manage high-volume food production
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • willingness to work a five-day workweek with rotating weekend shifts
  • ability to live within a commutable distance of Macon, GA

Job Qualifications

  • Executive chef, sous chef, or senior culinary leader experience
  • strong leadership skills
  • solid financial management abilities
  • experience in high-volume and catering environments preferred
  • passion for growth and excellence

Job Duties

  • Lead all kitchen and culinary operations
  • manage, coach, and develop the culinary team
  • create menus and drive food quality
  • oversee catering, retail, and patient meals and high-volume production
  • control food cost, labor, purchasing, and inventory
  • ensure safety and sanitation excellence
