Job Requirements

  • 10 years overall culinary experience in established restaurants or catering companies
  • At least 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with authentic Italian cuisine
  • ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications
  • Culinary Arts degree or certification preferred
  • Strong proficiency in financial management Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills
  • Flexible schedule including day evening overnight and weekend shifts

Job Duties

  • Lead inspire and develop kitchen and service teams to uphold the highest standards of excellence
  • Design and execute seasonal menus that reflect authentic Italian culinary traditions while showcasing your creative vision
  • Manage recipe development portion specifications and preparation procedures in alignment with budgetary goals
  • Oversee purchasing inventory control food and labor cost management and operational reporting
  • Ensure full compliance with health department regulations and company policies
  • Utilize financial acumen to manage P&Ls budgeting and scheduling
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement mentorship and team development
  • Provide regular coaching to the culinary team nurturing their growth while thinking strategically about their future career aspirations within the company
